Variety Show:Our Variety Show will be on Friday, February 7 at 1:45 pm in the gym.  Parents are welcome.Valentines:Our Valentine Party will be Thursday, February 13th.  We will be decorating white bags in class to collect valentines, so please do not make a box at home and send it to school.  If your child decides to bring Valentines, they need to bring one for each member of the class. Rollerblading:Remember that your child will be rollerblading in phy ed during January.  If you wish for them to have their own helmet or pads, they can bring them in with their name on them to use. Reading/Writing/Language Arts/Spelling:We will be doing assessments in reading this week for the report card.  These assessments are based on the following standard:3.3.0.3 - I can identify and apply grade-level phonics and word analysis skills in decoding words. 1. Identify and know the meaning of the most common prefixes and suffixes. 2. Read multisyllabic words. 3.
